The ski resorts of Lech-Zürs and Warth-Schröcken are linked. The Auenfeldjet is an ultra-modern 10-seater gondola which transports 1,490 winter sports fans per hour up into the natural landscapes with minimal environmental impact. The Warth-Schröcken ski resort is also connected to the legendary ski circuit on the Arlberg, the ‘White Ring’. An experience of the highest calibre!
Ski resort connection: the Flexenbahn transforms Ski Arlberg into a continuous skiing paradise
The new Flexenbahn has transformed Ski Arlberg into Austria’s larges continuous ski resort. Winter sports fans therefore have access to a total of 305 km of ski descents in the Arlberg ski resort, all seamlessly linked by 87 lifts and railways. This means that every destination within the extended ski resort is within quick and easy reach on skis - St. Anton und St. Christoph, Stuben, Zürs, Lech, Oberlech, Schröcken and Warth.
The White Ring – a ski circuit comprising 22 km of pistes
Winter sports fans from all over the world are drawn to the route where the longest ski race on the Arlberg is organised each year, attempting to ski down the legendary ‘White Ring’ themselves. This 22 km route submerses both leisure skiers and participants of the popular ski race into the breath-taking mountain world of the Lechtal Alps. Start out your circuit on the ‘White Ring’ in Lech: it guides you over the Rüfikopf and Hexenboden to Zürs, the next one of the top 10 winter sports resorts on the Arlberg. From here, it leads over the Madlock Joch and Omeshorn to Zug. Then the ‘White Ring’ leads via the Kriegerhorn and back to Lech. The 22 km of pistes can be completed within a few hours by experienced skiers. Tip: take your time and enjoy the pistes of the Arlberg ski resort as well as the viewing platforms and sun terraces of the various ski lodges.
