The Arlberg Classic Car Rally
Every year (27/06 - 29/06/2024) the holiday region of Lech Zürs am Arlberg is transformed into a hotspot for vintage vehicles. Over a period of three days, vintage vehicle fans have the opportunity to cruise through the dreamy Alpine backdrop with like-minded people during the Arlberg Classic Car Rally. Participants can enjoy a unique combination of vintage vehicles and nature experiences in Lech Zürs. The route varies slightly each year but passes several times through the holiday resort of Lech and some special places in the region. Those who attend are sure to enjoy a holiday on the Arlberg which will stick in the mind for a long time!
The route of the Arlberg Classic Car Rally
The route is as breath-taking as the holiday region itself. The course of the Arlberg Classic Car Rally impresses afresh each year, packed with new highlights and destinations. The route is adapted to the motto of the car rally. Overall, vintage vehicle fans can look forward to around 600 km of twists and turns. There are also up to 20 time trial sections along the route which participants can complete during their journey. In addition to the competition vibe, the three days also focus on cosy get-togethers, fun rides and beautiful panoramic mountain views.
The 3-day vintage vehicle gathering in Lech Zürs am Arlberg
This legendary vintage vehicle gathering takes place over three days each year and offers plenty of variety. The Arlberg Classic Car Rally kicks off on Thursday. The warm-up for the rally includes a short trip out to one of the surrounding natural treasures such as Lech Canyon. A longer excursion is featured on the programme the following day. After the second day of the rally, participants are invited to the Arlberg Classic Rally party in the Rüfiplatz in the evening.
The third day impresses each year with a special route. Mostly, this extends into one of the neighbouring countries of Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein or Switzerland. Here too, the route leads out to some cultural treasures such as castles and fortresses and over mountain passes or through idyllic mountain villages. The aim of the diverse route is for rally participants to always discover something new. The crowning finale of the Arlberg Classic Car Rally is a gala evening on the Saturday evening. Here, rally drivers as well as fans and spectators can exchange views about their rally experience and reflect on and toast the adventure-packed vintage vehicle days over a delicious dinner.
