In our fully accessible apartment, you’ll find plenty of space and loving details that give your hideaway a cosy touch. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen mean there’s room for the whole family. The small, east-facing inner courtyard brings plenty of light into the open-space living and dining area. It’s a place where you can feel at home and enjoy the Lech mountain world.
Good to know: half board is included in the accommodation rate.

Rate information

The rates quoted are per apartment per night. An additional tourist tax of €5.09 per person per night (from the age of 15) will also be charged.

Rates include a generous breakfast buffet, homemade cakes in the afternoon, a delicious dinner menu with choice of courses, as well as the use of our spa area. If you would like to book without dinner, we will be happy to reduce the rate accordingly.

Check-in and check-out

Your accommodation is available from 2 p.m. on your arrival day. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room, apartment, or garden house by 11 a.m. at the latest. Would you like to explore the slopes or hiking trails before check-in or after check-out? No problem – a room with a changing cubicle, locker, and shower is available to let you make the most of the first or last day of your holiday.

Short break

It is possible to book a short break of three or four nights, subject to availability, with arrival on Sunday or Monday.

Dogs

Well-behaved dogs are very welcome here! We charge €20.00 per dog per night (without food) in summer and €25.00 in winter. Please note that a one-off final cleaning fee of €30.00 will be charged for dogs. Numerous walking paths begin right at the door, and the area offers plenty of space for sniffing and exploring.

Cancellation policy in summer

Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Up to a week before arrival, 70% of the total rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.
After that, we will charge a cancellation fee of 90% of the total rate.

Cancellation policy in winter

You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
Up to 1 month before arrival, 40% of the total rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.
A week before arrival, we charge 70% of the total rate.
After that, we will charge a cancellation fee of 90% of the total rate.

Parking

One free parking space is available per room during your stay. We allocate garage spaces subject to availability. A charging station is available for your electric car.
