Running made natural
Sometimes all it takes is a pair of running shoes to feel free. The magic lies in the simple moments – whether it’s a jog along the clear water or a run on one of the many trails that line the valley. If you want more, you can join guided running camps that provide new impetus and motivation.
On warm days, the forest swimming pool is the place to be. Nestled directly in nature, you can look forward to a 25-metre sports pool, relaxing bubbly loungers, and a dreamlike view of the surrounding mountains. Perfect for refreshing yourself after a day in the mountains or simply enjoying the sun.
On winding roads, past peaks and valleys – those who discover Lech with motor power experience the mountains at their most thrilling. Flexenpass, Hochtannbergpass, and Furkajoch beckon for spectacular excursions. Every bend a new panorama, every road a little adventure.
This long-distance hiking trail runs for 125 kilometres from Lake Formarinsee to Füssen – following the course of the last wild river in the Northern Alps. Three stages can be wonderfully combined from Lech: as day tours or as an introduction to this great long-distance hiking adventure. The starting point is easily accessible by bus.
Every summer, Lech transforms into a stage for classical music. The Lech Classic Festival brings international artists to this dream Alpine setting – a special experience for music lovers.
