Important information for drivers

 • Winter road closure Lech–Warth: Please note that the road between Lech and Warth is closed during the winter season due to avalanche risks. When travelling to Lech, please use the route via Zürs and the Flexen Pass. Please be aware that some navigation systems may not always take this seasonal closure into account.
 • Digital motorway vignette from 2027: From the 2027 vignette year onwards, Austria will offer exclusively digital motorway vignettes. These can conveniently be purchased online via the ASFINAG toll shop. Please note that online purchases of annual and two-month vignettes for private individuals are subject to an 18-day waiting period before they become valid.

The 2026 adhesive vignette remains valid until 31 January 2027.

You can purchase your digital vignette directly from the ASFINAG online toll shop.
