Dogs are very welcome at the Hotel Aurora!
A holiday is at its best when the whole family is there – including, of course, your four-legged friend. At the Hotel Aurora, dogs and their owners can enjoy relaxing days in the mountains. We love dogs and count one of our own as part of our family. That’s why we know just how important it is for everyone to feel welcome and at ease on holiday.
At the Hotel Aurora, we make sure that your time away together will be a memory to cherish for a long time to come. Right on our doorstep, there are numerous walking and hiking trails that invite you to explore the impressive natural beauty of the Arlberg together. From a leisurely stroll along the Lech to a long mountain hike – we’re happy to give you personalised tips for dog-friendly walks in the region.
To ensure all guests feel comfortable, we ask that you register your dog when booking and be considerate of other guests.

Mountain time together:
hike, sniff, marvel
In summer, soft forest floors, clear streams, and scenic, well-trodden paths await. In winter, there are quiet paths away from the slopes where dog paws happily crunch along in the snow.
We’ll be happy to tell you in person
- which tours are particularly suitable for dogs,
- where there are paths in the shade for warm days,
- where you can have a good rest along the way.
So that everyone feels comfortable with us …
… we have a few small requests:
- Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant out of consideration for other guests.
- Please keep your dogs on a lead in all indoor areas.
- Please pay attention to the signs on hiking trails.
- Please always take and use dog-waste bags.
- Please keep dogs on a lead in the woods.
If you are unsure or need anything, feel free to contact us at any time – we’re always happy to help.
